Milo de was born in 1069 in Courtenay,Loriet,France.1 Milo de's father was Joselin I de Courtenay and his mother was Isabel (or Elizabeth) de Montlhery. His paternal grandparents were Athon de Courtenay and Unknown wife; his maternal grandparents were Guy Seigneur De Montlhery and Hodierne De Gometz. He had two brothers named Josceline II de and Geoffrey de. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Milo De, Josceline De, Geoffrey De, Bernard III de and Hodierna De. He died at the age of 58 in 1127 in France. He was buried in Abbey of,Fountain Jean,France.1 General Notes
