Alexander Scott 
Alexander was born on February 26th, 1843. Alexander's father was William Scott and his mother was Mary Woods. His paternal grandparents were James Scott and Susannah Zike. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin Franklin, Daniel Emel, James Matson, John William, Parthena, Martha and Nancy Catherine. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 77 on June 14th, 1920. He was buried in Clearsprings Cemetery, Jackson Co., Indiana.-
