Sarah "Katie" was born on September 14th, 1863. Sarah "Katie"'s father was Charles Anderson Mobley and her mother was Nancy L. Shields. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Shields and Sarah "Sally" Masterson. She had four brothers and a sister, named James W., Thomas M., Charles Anderson, Edward and Laura J.. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 60 on July 11th, 1924 in Monroe County, Indiana. She was buried in Rosehill Cemetery, Bloomington, Monroe, Indiana.-
