Mary C. Masterson 
Mary C. was born in 1821 in Carrollton, Carroll Co., Kentucky. Mary C.'s father was Wesley Poythress Masterson and her mother was Catherine C. Abbett. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Masterson and Sarah Shore; her maternal grandparents were Dennis Abbett and Mary ?. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Richard, Dennis, Thomas Peniston, Jesse Holman, Sarah Eleanor and Eliza Jane. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 5 in 1826 in Carrollton, Carroll Co., Kentucky.-
