Elizabeth Masterson 
Elizabeth was born in 1744 in Fairfax Co., Virginia. Elizabeth's father was Edward, Sr. Masterson and her mother was Mary Lindsay. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Edward, Jr, John, Thomas, Richard, William, Robert, Mary Lindsay and Sarah. She died about 1822 in Mason Co., Kentucky. She was buried in Mason Co., Kentucky.General Notes
After the death of Joseph, Elizabeth went to Kentucky with her children.
She died at the home of her son, Joseph.
The Epitaph on her tombstone reads:
"Her lanquishing head is at rest
Its thinking and aching are o'er
Her quiet immovable breast
Is heaved by afliction no more
Her heart is no longer the seat
It ceases to flutter and beat,
It will never flutter again."
Named as "Younger child" in her father's will - 1754.
Elizabeth and Joseph were married in a religious ceremony in 1770 in Prince Wm. Co., Virginia. They had four sons and three daughters, named William, Joseph R., Thomas, Thornton, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Sarah.

William was born on April 18th, 1771 in Dumfries, Prince Wm. Co., Virginia. He died at the age of 74 on March 26th, 1846 in Fleming Co., Kentucky.
Joseph R. Farrow
Joseph R. was born about 1774 in Dumfries, Prince Wm. Co., Virginia. He died on August 20th, 1852 in Mason Co., Kentucky.
Thornton Farrow
Thornton was born in Dumfries, Prince Wm. Co., Virginia. He died on October 22nd, 1807 in Fleming Co., Kentucky.
