Edna Lizzie Pearl was born on February 10th, 1903 in Hoxie, Kansas. Edna Lizzie Pearl's father was Corwin Diebert and her mother was Anna Belle Zike. Her paternal grandparents were William Deibert and Charlotte Annette Hart; her maternal grandparents were William Zike and Harriet May Poor. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Charles, Wayne, Julius, Benjamin Franklin, Cora, Laura, Alpha, Lena and Zelma. She was the youngest of the ten children.-
