Elizabeth Ann, known as Lizzie, was born on March 16th, 1876 in Castleton,Stark,Illinois. Lizzie's father was Edward Somers and her mother was Elizabeth Ann Ellis. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Somers and Margaret Standring; her maternal grandparents were Levi W Ellis and Ann Johnson. She had four brothers and a sister, named Zack, George, James H, William and Mary Isabelle. She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named George, George, Carrie, Carrie, Emma and Emma.
