(Otto) Leonard was born on February 25th, 1901 in Farm 5 Miles West Of Clarkfield,Minnesota. (Otto) Leonard's father was John Aaron (Johan Aaron Johnson) Rudell and his mother was Anna Beatta Christianson. His paternal grandfather was Johan Johnson; his maternal grandparents were Christian Johnson and Lena. He had three brothers and five sisters, named George Conrad, Harry Carl, (John) Albert, Nellie Alida, Jennie Dorthea, Nora Mabel, Ella Josephine and Agnes Lillie. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 91 on June 9th, 1992 in Alexandria,Douglas,Minnesota.-
