Franklin Neale

Franklin was born in 1915. Franklin's father was Frank Neale and his mother was Bessie M. Dodd. His maternal grandparents were James Alexander Dodd Jr and Permelia Ann Marshall. He had a brother named Neale. He was the older of the two children.
