James Martin

James was born in 1853 in Virginia.  James' father was John L Martin and his mother was Lucinda Dooling.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Martin and Phobe. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William O, Dryden S, John A, Charles C, Julia, Mary A, Ida Endora and Harriet.  He was the second youngest of the nine children.
