George Jarvis 
George was born in 1837. George's father was Caleb Jarvis and his mother was Diana White. His paternal grandparents were John Jarvis II and Sarah O'Brien Hood; his maternal grandparents were William White and Sarah. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Perry Hanks, Thomas J, Solomon, William, John, Julia Ann, Barbara, Sarah, Eglentine, Eliza and Louisa. He died about 1881.
George and Lora Jane were married in a religious ceremony on August 12th, 1869 in Calhoun Co,WV. They had three sons named Stephan, Simon Peter and Daniel.
