Edhilda's father was Edward I the Elder and her mother was Aethelflaed DE WESSEX. Her paternal grandparents were Alfred the Great and Ealhswith Alswitha; her maternal grandparents were Ethelhelm DE WESSEX and Ethelgyth. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Athelstan, Edwin Eadwin, Elfweard, EmilienneAdela or Alaine, Edgiva Eaddyth or Eadgifuns, Ethelhilda, Elfleda and Elgiva. She died in 0937.General Notes
