William COMPTON Baron 2nd, Earl Northampton 1st 
William was born in 1560 in of Compton Warwickshire,Lord,Northampton,Eng. and his baptism took place in King,Charles,Against,Cromwell. William's father was Henry COMPTON Baron 1st and his mother was Frances Ann HASTINGS. His paternal grandparents were Peter COMPTON and Anne TALBOT. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Thomas, Agnes and Margaret. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 70 on June 24th, 1630 in at COMPTON,Warwickshire,age 70.
