Silence Brockway 
Silence was born on April 13th, 1726 in Lyme,New London,Connecticut.1 Silence's father was Richard II Brockway and her mother was Elizabeth Tiffany. Her paternal grandparents were Wolston Brockway and Hannah Briggs. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Consider, Nathan, Elizabeth, Abigail, Eunice and Tiffany. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Richard III, Jedediah, Rachael, Hannah, Sarah, Ruth, Lydia and Deborah. She died at the age of 91 in 1817 in Broadalbin,Fulton,New York.General Notes
