Sarah was born on June 25th, 1703 in Lyme,New London,Connecticut. Sarah's father was Richard II Brockway and her mother was Rachael Fox. Her paternal grandparents were Wolston Brockway and Hannah Briggs. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Richard III, Jedediah, Rachael, Hannah, Ruth, Lydia and Deborah. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Consider, Nathan, Elizabeth, Abigail, Silence, Eunice and Tiffany.General Notes
