Nancy BARKER 
Nancy was born on August 3rd, 1814 in Kan,Va. Nancy's father was Isaac BARKER and her mother was Spicy SCOTT. Her paternal grandparents were James BARKER and Mary SMITH. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named James H, Joseph Henley, John R, Anderson William, Isaac, Jacob, Daniel, Elizabeth (Eliza), Sarah, Spicy, Mary and Susan. She was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children.
‌Nancy and John Anthony were married in a religious ceremony on April 8th, 1834 in ,Kanawha. They had three sons and seven daughters, named Joseph Spicer Patrick, Cumberland M., John, Juliana (Or) Angelina, Eliza, Sarah, Susan Elizabeth, Nancy Smith, Causbey Ann Hall and Mary Eddy Jane.
