Jacob BARKER 
Jacob was born on March 15th, 1828 in Kan,Va. Jacob's father was Isaac BARKER and his mother was Spicy SCOTT. His paternal grandparents were James BARKER and Mary SMITH. He had six brothers and six sisters, named James H, Joseph Henley, John R, Anderson William, Isaac, Daniel, Elizabeth (Eliza), Sarah, Nancy, Spicy, Mary and Susan. He was the second youngest of the thirteen children.
