Thomas (Sir) was born about 1420 in Scotland. Thomas (Sir)'s father was William (Sir) SEMPHILL and his mother was Margaret (Marion) CATHCART. He was an only child. He died on January 11th, 1488 in Battle of Sancheiburn, Scotland.
