John (Sir) SEMPHILL

John (Sir) was born in 1450. John (Sir)'s father was Thomas (Sir) SEMPHILL and his mother was Elizabeth ROSS. His paternal grandparents were William (Sir) SEMPHILL and Margaret (Marion) CATHCART; his maternal grandparents were John ROSS and Marjory MURE. He was an only child.
