Abraham Jefferson was born on March 6th, 1856 in Albany, Mo.1 Abraham Jefferson's father was Uriah Wells and his mother was Susannah Carlock. His maternal grandparents were George Osborn Carlock and Elizabeth Cox. He had six brothers and five sisters, named George W., Samuel Arthur, Henry Carlock, John W., Uriah Winton, Hiram Warner, Infant Girl, Mary T., Martha Mahala, Sara Isabel and Rebecca Comfort. He died at the age of 88 on December 15th, 1944 in Cherokee, Iowa.1 -
