Malinda Varner 
Malinda was born in December 1869.1 Malinda's father was Joseph Varner and her mother was Lucinda Jones. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Varner and Phoebe Ann Clark; her maternal grandparents were Jonathan Jones and Catherine Milage. She had a brother and five sisters, named Oley, Phoebe C., Ida Jane, Sarah M, Vietta and Rose. She was the second oldest of the seven children.-
