Joseph Talley 
Joseph was born in 1844.1 Joseph's father was Allen Talley and his mother was Catherine Dilley. His maternal grandparents were Jr. Dilley John and Elizabeth Ackland aka Eckland. He had two brothers and a sister, named Alma, Elisha and Emma. He was the second youngest of the four children.-
