Thomas E was born in 1848 in Ohio.1 Thomas E's father was Thomas Jefferson Russell and his mother was Lucinda Boggs. His paternal grandparents were John Russell and Hannah "Patience" Rankin. He had two brothers and ten sisters, named George, William Hutchinson, Sarah Ann, Alice S, Louisa P, Alcey Jane, Susan, Mary, Ruth A, Hanna (Hermia), Hannah E and Lucinda T. He was the third youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 69 in 1917 in Aid Cemetery, Aid Township, Lawrence County, Ohio.1 -
