Rebecca Parr

Rebecca was born in 1842 in Meigs County Ohio.¹ Rebecca's father was Hamilton Parr and her mother was Margaret Rinard. Her maternal grandparents were Isaac Rinard and Easter Elder. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Nathan, Hamilton George, Isaac, Amanda, Isabella and Mary Elisabeth. She was the second youngest of the seven children.
