Amanda Parr

Amanda was born in 1836 in Meigs County Ohio.¹ Amanda's father was Hamilton Parr and her mother was Margaret Rinard. Her maternal grandparents were Isaac Rinard and Easter Elder. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Nathan, Hamilton George, Isaac, Isabella, Rebecca and Mary Elisabeth. She was the third oldest of the seven children.
