John Nelson 
John was born in 1840.1 John's father was William Nelson and his mother was Ginsey Jane Russell. His maternal grandparents were John Russell and Hannah "Patience" Rankin. He had four sisters named Mary Ann, Eliza I., Armenia and Jemima. He was the third oldest of the five children.-
