Frank E. Bell 
Frank E. was born on September 25th, 1875.1 Frank E.'s father was John D. Bell and his mother was Miranda Barnes. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Bell and Christiana Deter. He had three brothers named Charles D., Clarence and Edward Clyde. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had three half-brothers named Major, John Earnest and James Glenn. He died at the age of 75 in 1950.1 
They had a son named Living.
