Wiona Bail 
Wiona was born in 1880.1 Wiona's father was Francis Marion Bail and her mother was Nancy Arena Markin. Her maternal grandparents were James M. Markin and Elizabeth (Betsey) Blankenship. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Charles M, Noah, Arthur, Mary Ellen, Elizabeth E, Edna May McDonald and Nellie Bail.
