Macksey Wood 
Macksey was born on May 20th, 1787 in Rowan County, NC.1 Macksey's father was Stephen Wood and her mother was Preshus RILEY. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Bennet, Amon, Stephen, Amma, Betsey, Sally, Hester, Susannah and Nancy. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children.
