Philip de Montgomerie 
Philip de was born in 1056 in of Montgomery, Wales.1 Philip de's father was Roger II de Montgomerie and his mother was Mabel de Alenon. His paternal grandparents were Hugh de Montgomerie and Josceline de Pont-Audemer; his maternal grandparents were William II Talvas and Hildeburg de Alenon. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Robert de, Hugh de, Roger Poitevin de, Arnulf de, Amicia de, Matilda de, Sybil de, Emma de and Mabel de. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 42 in 1098.1 General Notes
