John Maples 
John was born on March 20th, 1903 in Carroll County, Arkansas.1 John's father was William Burl Maples and his mother was Sarah Lou Coxsey. His paternal grandparents were James Gunter Maples and Ann Catherine Tate; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Coxsey and Martha L. Barksdale. He had three sisters named Gertrude Lee, Oma and Bertha. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 15 on December 13th, 1918 in Carroll County, Arkansas.1 -
