(1) 1653, 18 Oct: Mrs. Eleanor Brocas was granted 250 acres in Lancaster Co., VA on the sout h side of the Rappahannock on Pianketash River and adjoing another tract of Mrs. Broas's.
(1) 1654, 2 Jan: Mrs. Eleanor Brocas, wife of Capt. Wm. Brocas, Esq., was granted 700 acres i n Lancaster Co. on the south side of Rappahannock in the woods on the head of Lady Chichley' s land, now in the possession of Capt. William Brocas.
