Joseph Marcus Clarke 
Joseph Marcus was born in 1814.1 Joseph Marcus' father was Houten Clarke and his mother was Nancy RILEY. His maternal grandparents were Garrard RILEY and Frances Wright. He had two brothers and six sisters, named SMITH Garrison, Ninian H., Frances, Reader, Eleanor Hulda, Nancy Caroline, Sara Ann and Minerva Jane. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.-
