Jacob Carpenter 
Jacob was born on May 13th, 1768.1 Jacob's father was Peter ZIMMERMAN and his mother was Barbara Deppen. His maternal grandparents were Christian Deppen and Veronica Ruchty. He had ten brothers named Christian, John, David, Jacob, Joseph, Fredrick, Henry W., Abraham, William and Samuel. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 84 on October 25th, 1852.1 -
