William Franklin CHENOWETH 
William Franklin was born in 1871 in ,Iowa, Iowa, USA.1 William Franklin's father was Isaac Jackson CHENOWETH and his mother was Mary Ann Atwell BETZ. His paternal grandparents were Isaac J CHENOWETH and Sarah BAILEY. He had a brother and a sister, named David Theodore and Sarah Ellen Ella. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 68 in 1939.1 -
