David Theodore was born in 1866 in ,Iowa, Iowa, USA.1 David Theodore's father was Isaac Jackson CHENOWETH and his mother was Mary Ann Atwell BETZ. His paternal grandparents were Isaac J CHENOWETH and Sarah BAILEY. He had a brother and a sister, named William Franklin and Sarah Ellen Ella. He was the second oldest of the three children.
