Francis Key Howard 
Francis Key was born on October 25th, 1826. Francis Key's father was Charles Howard and his mother was Elizabeth Phoebe Key. His paternal grandparents were John Eager Howard and Margaretta Chew; his maternal grandparents were Francis Scott Key and Mary Tayloe Lloyd. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John Eager, Charles, James, Edward Lloyd, McHenry, Mary Lloyd, Alice Key, Ellen Key, Elizabeth Gray and Anna Arnold Key. He died at the age of 45 on May 29th, 1872.General Notes

a "Prisoner of State" in the Civil War. He left issue.
