Charles Howard 
Charles was born on February 6th, 1830. Charles' father was Charles Howard and his mother was Elizabeth Phoebe Key. His paternal grandparents were John Eager Howard and Margaretta Chew; his maternal grandparents were Francis Scott Key and Mary Tayloe Lloyd. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Francis Key, John Eager, James, Edward Lloyd, McHenry, Mary Lloyd, Alice Key, Ellen Key, Elizabeth Gray and Anna Arnold Key. He died at the age of 65 on April 28th, 1895.General Notes
