Christopher James

Christopher was born in 1720 in Martins Hundred, James City County, Virginia.¹ Christopher's father was John James and his mother was Justina Thruston. His paternal grandparents were John William James and Anne Wyndham; his maternal grandparents were John Thruston and Elizabeth Carey. He had three brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Thruston, John and May.
