Ann was born on October 4th, 1808 and her baptism took place on November 13th, 1808 in St John Baptist, Croydon.1 Ann's father was Henry Letts and her mother was Sarah Hewitt. She had three sisters named Jane, Harriet and Mary. She was the second youngest of the four children.
