Mary Dodgson

Mary was born in 1785 and her baptism took place on November 27th, 1785 in Thorner.  Mary's father was Matthew Dodgson (of Shadwell & Tadcaster) and her mother was Eleanor Thompson.  Her paternal grandparents were Mathew Dodgson and Mary Smith; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Thompson and Sarah Ann. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Matthew, Ann and Hannah.  She was the second oldest of the five children.
