Sarah Steer

Sarah was born in 1806 and her baptism took place on November 30th, 1806 in Chilvelstone, Devonshire.¹   Sarah's father was William Steer and her mother was Mary Wood.  Her paternal grandparents were Jasper Stear and Sarah Bartlet. She had five brothers and a sister, named Jasper, John, John, Thomas, William and Mary.  She was the oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 78 in 1884.¹
