Leonard Reginald Victor Steer

Leonard was born about 1906 in Surrey.¹   Leonard's father was Henry George Steer and his mother was Elizabeth. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George, Cecil, Dorothy, Violet and Devonia.  He was the youngest of the six children.
