Cecil Baden Powel Steer

Cecil was born about 1903 in Surrey.¹   Cecil's father was Henry George Steer and his mother was Elizabeth. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George, Leonard, Dorothy, Violet and Devonia.  He was the second youngest of the six children.
