Francis Steer 
Francis was born about 1816 in Bigbury Devon.1 Francis' father was Francis Steer and his mother was Mary Bardens. His paternal grandparents were George Sture and Fanny Prouse. He had a brother and a sister, named Simon and Mary. He was the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
