Eustace was born on April 20th, 1883 and his baptism took place on June 8th, 1883 in Bigbury Devon.1 Eustace's father was George Steer and his mother was Harriet Susan Meacey. His paternal grandparents were Simon Steer and Elizabeth Parraton.
