Cecilia Steer 
Cecilia was born before 1795 and her baptism took place on December 6th, 1795.1 Cecilia's father was Jasper Stear and her mother was Sarah Bartlet. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Sture and Mary Luckham. She had three brothers and a sister, named William, John, Thomas and Jane. She was the youngest of the five children.
