Walter B was born about 1874 in Islington Middlesex.¹ Walter B's father was Benjamine STEERS and his mother was Sarah Ann STEERS. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Albert J, George W, Alice B and Ruth J. He was the second oldest of the five children.
