Frank Neville STEERS

Frank Neville was born about 1902 in Folkestone Kent.¹   Frank Neville's father was Percy Neville STEERS and his mother was Emily Elizabeth STEERS. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Frederick Percy, John Walter, George Henry, Ellen Elsie, Violet, Edna Maude and Lilian Rose.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
