Walter STEER

Walter was born about 1854 in Devon.¹ Walter's father was Philip STEER and his mother was Julia A STEER. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Stafford, Clarence, Anthony, Herbert, Ernest, Matilda, Florence, Julia A F and Bertha. He was the third oldest of the eleven children.
